Micromax brings two new Superfones

Micromax launched two new Android smartphones with big display and called them Superfones.  Micromax A110 Canvas 2 is a phone having 5-inch FWVGA display with 480X854 pixels resolution and is powered with 1.0 GHz dual core processor. The 3G phone is powered with a 2,000 mAh Li-ion battery, and is said to provide a talk time up to 5 hours and up to 180 hours of standby. The phone’s memory stands at 4 GB which is expandable up to 32 GB. It is available in black and white colour and priced at Rs 9,990.

The other launched phone is Micromax A90S PIXEL, which is dual SIM phone. It has 4.3-inch AMOLED touch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Based on Android 4.0 ICS, the phone is powered with 1 GHz dual core processor. It comes with 1,600 mAh battery and provides a talk time of up to 5 hours and a standby time of up to 174 hours. It has an 8.0-megapixel CMOS rear camera with LED flash and 0.3-megapixel front camera for video calling. The device is available in black and white colour and is priced at Rs 12,990.

After establishing itself in the feature phone market, the company is making its strong presence in the smartphone segment too. Earlier also Micromax launched A100 which too is an Android smartphone with 5-inch display.
